Not something I'd normally do

Hubby's cousin's husband just posted on Facebook that the man who killed his sisters is up for parole. You can read about the story here.
This is the message Mrs. Purnhagen posted on Facebook:

Uh ohhh, I need everyone's help to keep Delton Thurl Dowthitt in jail. If you could all send an email to victim.svc@tdcj.state.tx.us I would appreciate it. His inmate number is 632108. He is quickly coming up for parole in the next few weeks. My daughters names were Gracie and Tiffany Purnhagen and Delton and his father murdered them on June 13th on 1990

If you aren't comfortable doing this, I understand. I just am not sure that less than 20 years in prison is enough for killing a 9 year old and being part in killing a 16 year old.
